HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bright Logistics is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 239 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
