HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Ironwood Stone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Miami focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
