HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit Beacon Markets Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
