HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Greenridge Pine Community Partners Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
