HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Westbrook Ivory Facilities is a facilities company in Portland with crews on day and night shifts, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on contractor visits. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
