HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Ember Housing manages affordable housing communities across Salt Lake City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
