HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Ironwood Ivory Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Providence. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on outage response. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
