HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Bridge Care Services Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
