HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Greenridge Keystone Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Atlanta, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 945 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
