HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Orchard Hospitality and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
