HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Silverline Cobalt Medical Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
