HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark West Hospitality is a hospitality company in Colorado Springs with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on reviews and feedback. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
