HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bright Mill Care Services supports families and individuals in Pittsburgh with personal care and coordination. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 211 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
