HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Stonegate Oak Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around New Orleans, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
