HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Willow Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
