HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak Lakeside Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Louisville, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
