HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit Vale Financial Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for regulatory reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
