HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Ironwood Vale Staffing is a Tampa staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
