HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Wren Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client sites. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
