HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bright Lakeside Freight is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 979 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on dock schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
