HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Westbrook Ashton Hospitality is a hospitality company in Hartford with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on guest bookings. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with guest bookings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
