HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Lumen Union Health Group provides primary and specialty care in El Paso, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinic supplies. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
