HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Yarrow Health Group is a healthcare provider in New Orleans with clinics and support teams. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
