HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Nova Summit Early Learning runs childcare centres in Richmond caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 210 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
