HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Greenridge Pine Financial Group serves customers across Charlotte with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
