HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ember Manufacturing and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
