HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Fernwood Hollow Farms Group is an agricultural business based around Hartford. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
