HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Wilder Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 504 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident services. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
