HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Cedar Health is a healthcare provider in El Paso with clinics and support teams, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 480 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
