HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Sable Manufacturing Partners and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
