HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Nova Juniper Foods Partners is a Reno food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 962 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
