HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar North Property Management Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent collection. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
