HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Northwind Cross Energy is an energy provider in El Paso focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
