HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Ember Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Oklahoma City, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 847 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tooling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
