HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Meadow Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
