HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Redstone Vista Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Phoenix plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
