HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Glen Facilities Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
