HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Clearpath Fox Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Detroit producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on batch records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
