HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Orchard Arts Center Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
