HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Clear Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near San Diego. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 526 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on packing house output. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
