HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Pike Insurance and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on policy renewals. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
