HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Ironwood Timber Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Boston area. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on resident events. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
