HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark West Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
