HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Foxglove Corner Medical is a Richmond company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
