HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Harborlight Oak Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Pittsburgh. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
