HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Summit Field Water Authority is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on pipe repairs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
