HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Foxglove Studio is a Pittsburgh manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 8 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on machine downtime. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
