HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Bright Vista Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Miami plant, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
