HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Cedar Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Anchorage serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
