HR Business Partner - onboarding (remote)

Highbridge Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in New Orleans with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 839 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
